New Entry Gate Update

Dear Residents,

The new garage gate is installed however it is not working with all clickers. The installer will be making adjustments and is hoping to have this matter resolved soon. Please continue to use the alley gate for entrance to the parking garage at this time. You will need to enter from 12th St. as the demolition of the building on Hope St. occupies the alley during the day time. In the evenings and weekends, the alley is to be used for exit only (towards Hope St.)

Work on the 11th St. Exit gate is scheduled to begin tomorrow, 12/27. It too will take about three to four days to complete with follow-up adjustments after installation.

Please continue use caution when driving in the garage, especially on the 1st floor.
