New Gate Construction Notice

Dear Luma Residents,

Christmas is arriving early at Luma… Installation on the new 11th St. entry garage gate will begin tomorrow, 12/19 at 7AM. Work will be ongoing for the next three days, 7AM to 4PM. During these three days, we ask that you use the alley gate for vehicle entrance. There will be a guard posted at the 11th St. entrance overnight until the installation is complete. We’ll forward additional information, once we know the schedule for the new alley and 11th St. exit gates. Your current garage door openers will work with the new doors.
