4th Floor Terrace Work Scheduled – July 9th – 11th

Dear Luma Residents,

Please note the following maintenance work to be performed.

Project: Refurbishing metal panels that surround the barbeque area on the 4th floor.
Dates: July 9th thru July 11th
Hours: 9am to 5pm
Expectations: Noise, dust and paint fumes. Barbeques will be closed while this work is being performed. Please use caution when in the vicinity of this work. If you require special accommodations please notify management.
