Smoke Smell

Dear Luma Residents,

We have received multiple complaints from residents who are smelling marijuana smoke smell in some of the corridors. Please know smoking is strictly prohibited in all building common areas, 4th floor pool/terrace, stairwells, corridors, parking structure, gym and lobby areas. It is up to you to make sure your guests are aware of this and abide by this rule. In addition, it is contrary to the rules and regulations to allow smoke or odors from your unit to infiltrate any area outside of your unit like the common area corridors, where it can become a nuisance or annoyance to your neighbors. To minimize the impact your smoke or other odors are having on your neighbors, please make efforts to minimize the intrusion; one way to do this is to use a smoke filtration system.
