Grand Ave. Lane Closure
Dear Luma Residents,
We have just been informed that the construction site located at 1120 S. Grand Ave., across the street from Evo will be installing utilities. This portion of the project will close all but one lane on Grand Ave. between 11th St and 12th St., The parking lane closet to Elleven and Evo will convert into a traffic lane. This of course means there will be no parking on Grand Ave.
The project is expected to last six to eight weeks. They have received city permits to work Mondays through Saturdays.
