Construction Noise Concerns

Dear Luma Residents,

With the start of yet another residential community in South Park – but this time right across from Luma – we anticipate there will be complaints regarding construction noise. Below are links and phone numbers for the LAPD Noise Enforcement Team who is tasked with enforcing construction noise levels and associated codes. Please call the LAPD Noise Enforcement Team with any construction related noise concerns. We also ask you keep Luma HOA apprised of your concerns by emailing Lori Shilling at lshilling@actionlife.com with the details.

Allowable Construction Hours (41.40 LAMC Construction Noise):
• Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Saturdays and National Holidays between 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
