Dear Residents,

This message is going out to all residents regarding the tobacco and marijuana smoke odor permeating the hallways and infringing on the quality of life of some of the residents. Occasionally the smoke or odor enters a unit through an open window, making its way into the lives of people who don’t welcome it. To minimize the impact your smoke is having on your neighbors, please make efforts to minimize the intrusion; one way to do this is to use a smoke filtration system.
