Key Safety Tips:

Stay Aware of Your Surroundings

  • Avoid distractions: Limit phone use and avoid wearing headphones so you can remain alert.
  • Trust your instincts: If something feels off, change your route or seek assistance.

Plan Your Route

  • Choose well-lit, populated areas and avoid isolated shortcuts, especially at night.
  • Familiarize yourself with your surroundings to feel more confident and prepared.

  • Maintain a steady pace and keep your head up.
  • Be mindful of those around you and stay engaged with your environment.

Carry Essential Items

  • Keep your phone easily accessible in case of emergency.
  • Have your keys ready when approaching your destination.
