Dear Luma Residents,
The Alleyway
Please do not litter the empty lot that is next to the alley. Not only does it make it look tacky, but the litter and dog poop bags make it easier for pests to feed in that area. Additionally, parking in the alley should be avoided because the alley gate is currently the only exit gate. Since parking enforcement frequently checks the area, vehicles that are not parked in the designated spots run the risk of being ticketed. Any vendors or car wash servers with whom you might be using should be informed of this.
