Posted By on October 14, 2022

Dear Luma Residents,

Time is Running Out for Voting!

October 24 is the deadline for voter registration in California. Registering to vote is the first step to voting and South Park needs voters to strengthen our collective voice! Please see flyer posted in the mailroom for additional information.

Parking Garage Etiquette

Please help keep our community safe and accident free by coming to a complete stop at the bottom of the ramp heading toward the alley gate. Also, be mindful of the posted speed limit of 5mph and various stops throughout the parking garage.

Fire Life Safety Training

We will be having fire life safety training on Wednesday October 26th from 4-5pm.  As required by the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Regulations, high-rise residents are to receive two Fire/Life Safety Training sessions and participate in at least one fire drill per calendar year.  Please keep an eye out for additional information as we draw closer to this important training date.
