Please mark your calendar. FIRE/LIFE SAFETY TRAINING WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4TH, AT 7:00PM ON THE 4th FLOOR TERRACE.

As required by the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Regulations, high-rise residents are to receive two Fire/Life Safety Training sessions and participate in at least one fire drill per calendar year. We conducted the 2019 fire drill and training session early in the year. This coming Wednesday, September 4th, at 7:00PM on the 4th Floor Terrace we will be conducting our 2nd training session for 2019. There will be no fire drill, so no alarms, announcements or mandatory evacuations. The next fire drill will be conducted at the beginning of 2020.

If you are new to the building, or never attended a training session, we strongly recommend you make time for this training session.

If you lease your unit, please notify your tenant(s) to attend the Fire/Life Safety Training.
