A Fond Farewell and a Warm Welcome
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Anselmo Bahena for his invaluable contributions to Luma. Anselmo has served as our Maintenance Engineer for over two years, and his dedication and commitment have made a lasting impact on our community. We wish him all the best in his new role with Action Property Management.
We are also delighted to welcome Jason Rodriguez as our new Maintenance Engineer. Jason joins us with two years of experience as a Maintenance Technician at his previous company. Recycling Reminder: Please Break Down Boxes
To help keep our recycling area clean and accessible for everyone, please remember to break down all cardboard boxes before placing them in the recycling bins.
Also, make sure all items are placed below the fill line.

Guide for What Not to Flush Down the Drain
To help protect our plumbing and building systems, please never flush wipes (even those labeled “flushable”), paper towels, feminine hygiene products, grease, food scraps, cotton balls, or any non-biodegradable items. These materials can lead to serious clogs, backups, and costly repairs.
Elevator Reservations for Deliveries and Construction Work
If you have any upcoming big deliveries, please check with the front desk in advance to confirm availability, as scheduled moves are reserved for the elevator usage.
Additionally, if you are conducting any approved construction or demolition work that involves the delivery of materials or supplies, you must also coordinate with the front desk to ensure proper scheduling.
