In light of recent incidences in the area, TEN50 will be hosting a Community Safety Meeting. Representatives from the LAPD and the South Park BID will be present to provide updates, share safety resources, and address questions or concerns from residents of TEN50, Evo, Elleven, and Luma.

Pet Relief Protocol
We kindly remind all residents to take their dogs to designated areas for relief. Please do not allow pets to urinate on the planters or common area. Alternative designated pet relief areas include the artificial grass on 12th Street and the gravel area near Evo’s back driveway.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times, including any waste or dirt left on common areas or nearby public streets and sidewalks. All pet waste must be properly disposed of by the homeowner or resident. (Per Rules and Regulations-PET RULE Page 9)
