Lighting Conversion Schedule Update

Dear Residents,

As mentioned in previous eblasts, Luma is currently undergoing changes with our common area lighting. Optima Energy is changing some of our existing lighting to energy efficient LED lighting which will result in a substantial savings and reduced electrical consumption.

Please note changes to the parking level schedule. Also note the lights currently being replaced in the hallways are temporary. Warmer lighting will be installed as soon as the supplier delivers them to Optima Energy. We anticipate this process to take from a month to two months.

Again, lighting changes will take place in the hallways of each floor, the stairwells and the parking garage. Please be cautious while in the areas where work is being conducted. In addition, there will be one day you will be asked to remove your vehicle from the garage so they can complete the installation in that area. Please see the schedule below for the dates you’ll be affected.

All work to be performed between the hours of 8am and 5pm.

Please park your vehicle offsite on the following days and during the hours of 8am and 5pm.
