Rember to be Vigilant

Posted By on June 13, 2016

Dear Luma Residents –

You’re probably aware of the horrific events that unfolded this weekend in Florida. While our hearts and prayers go out to those affected, we must ensure that we remain vigilant.

Aside from the incident in Florida, there are reports specific to an individual from the Santa Monica area being arrested earlier with weapons and believed had intent to go to the Gay Pride Parade in West Hollywood on Sunday.

This incident and information surrounding it are evolving and more details are likely to be released.

Please note, Luma and our courtesy patrol vendor, Universal Protective Services, is in close contact with all our law enforcement partners (Local, State, and Federal) and will provide updates as they become available.

Please ask the front desk staff about flyers on what to look for and how to recognize and report any suspicious circumstance or person to our authorities. You can never be too careful.

Thank you for your time and patience concerning this matter and have a wonderful evening.
