Dear Luma Residents,

Reduced Staffing Next Week

Due to Presidents day, we will have reduced staffing next week on Monday, February 19th.

Pets in the Common Area

Pets in common areas must be leashed and under control by their owners. Owners are liable for any damages caused by their pets, including waste. If an accident occurs, please notify staff for cleanup. The common areas include the lobby, parking garages, the terrace, hallways, and the planters on Hope St. Please refrain from allowing pets to relieve themselves in the planter; instead, direct them to Hope and 12th St, where you will find a red fire hydrant and a small patch of grass put up by SPBID for pets to use and enjoy. Your full cooperation is appreciated by all who call Luma home.
