Community Updates for 2/2/2024

Posted By on February 2, 2024

Dear Luma Residents,

Community Action Needed for Graffiti in the Neighborhood

Of late, South Park has experienced an increase in graffiti, notably on the Oceanwide Plaza towers. Luma Management has engaged various agencies such as SPBID, DLANC, LAPD, SPNA, and District 14 Council Office to address this issue, but community involvement is vital. Please report any concerns to the listed agencies. you can also call 311 to report graffiti sightings (and many other issues) throughout Los Angeles. Increased reporting by many residents will help the City find a lasting solution to this issue.

Terrace Rules

If you are a pet owner and bring your furry friend to the 4th floor terrace, they must be on a leash by a person capable of controlling the animal at all times. Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, including any waste. If your pet has an accident in any of the common areas, including the terrace, please let staff know immediately so we can properly clean the area.

Guest and Vendor Authorization

Please remember that it is standard procedure for the front desk to call for every guest and vendor. If you have any guests or vendors who visit your unit regularly and would like to skip this step, please consider filling out a guest and vendor authorization form. This form enables you to specify days, frequency, and access levels. Simply submit the attached form to the front desk, and they will update the information for your unit accordingly.

With the March 5th  primary near, SPNA is encouraging all South Park residents to register to vote by the deadline on February 20th. The more voters in South Park, the more voice we have with elected officials to address South Park issues. To register or check your registration status, click here. here.
