12/23 Luma Holiday Coffee Social
Come and join your neighbors at Ideology Coffee (across from Luma) tomorrow Saturday December 23rd for coffee, tea, and pastries before the holidays from 8:30am-11:00am or while supplies last.
12/25 Christmas Dinner at Caldo Verde

12/29 New Years Eve Celebration and Street Closures
Starting 12:00pm on Friday December 29th, streets will begin to close surrounding Grand Park in preparation for the Gloria Molina Grand Park New Year’s Eve Los Angeles celebration. The celebration will begin at 8:00pm on December 31st and will last thirty minutes past the beginning of the new year. For a detailed description of the street closures, refer to the table below.
12/31 New Year’s at Prank
There goes the neighborhood “New Year’s Eve Bash” on Sunday, December 31st for a $70 all-inclusive event from 9pm-1am. Live Dj, naughty photobooth, open call bar cocktails spins and riffs, and a champagne toast. RSVP here because tickets are limited.
1/17/2024 Notice of Entry
On Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 9:00 am, there is a mandated 5-year standpipe and fire sprinkler inspection for the LUMA high-rise building. This requirement necessitates the inspection of all fire sprinklers within the building, encompassing both residential units and residential storage rooms. Each unit will be accessed to visually inspect the fire sprinklers for any issues, ensuring no sprinkler heads are painted, obstructed, etc. Failure to permit entry into your unit for this inspection will necessitate a reinspection at the owner’s expense. This is a mandatory inspection for everyone’s safety. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Packages
‘Tis the season for packages! To prevent overcrowding in our package room, please pick up your packages promptly upon receiving an email notification from us saying that we have secured it. If you need assistance picking up your packages, please call the front desk for a solution.
Holiday Fund for Staff
It’s that time of year again to show staff your appreciation. Participation in the Holiday Fund is strictly voluntary. Donor names and contributions will be kept confidential. If you would like to donate with a check, please make it payable to Luma HOA. Homeowners can charge their contribution to their HOA account, simply send an email to Taylor Jones, at tjones@actionlife.com indicating the amount.
