  Dear Residents,
Vendor List Often staff is asked for vendor referrals for various home projects. We have compiled a vendor list as a courtesy to homeowners and residents. You are not required to use a vendor on this list and may choose your own vendor, we ask that they be licensed and insured.  A copy can be picked up at the front desk or simply emailing them at frontdesk@lumahoa.com . Please read the disclaimer at the bottom of the list for full details.

Verizon Home 5G Internet Available 5G Home internet has no contract, has a minimum speed of 300mbps, and uses 5G Ultra Wideband technology to ensure you receive ultra-fast speeds like never before. Verizon does this all in a way that fits seamlessly into your lives that doesn’t require any digging or running cables. There is nothing required to be done on your end, the service is already available.  For additional details visit: https://www.verizon.com/5g/home/ (Cut and paste into your browser.)

Local Outdoor Art Exhibitions April 9th and 10th Luminex is an outdoor digital public art exhibition situated in the heart of Los Angeles for two nights only. Seven internationally acclaimed Los Angeles artists shed light on a cross section of diverse dialogues pivotal at this moment in time. Designed as a site-specific video art collaboration, Luminex features seven dynamic video installations projected across six walls, all within walking distance of one another. Designed specifically for south park residents. Please visit their website www.luminexla.com (Cut and paste into your browser.)

Items Left in the Corridors A variety of items have been left in the corridors lately such as shoes, water bottles both empty and full, and trash to name a few. For safety reasons, our corridors are to remain clear of personal items at all times. If you need assistance with any of these items please let staff know.

Propping Open Stairwell Doors We’ve noticed a stairwell door has been repeatedly propped open by inserting wood pieces into the door closing mechanism. These doors should remain locked at all times for security and fire safety reasons. If you have any questions about this please contact staff.

Mask Wearing Reminder It is important that every resident and guest of LUMA wear a proper face covering and adhere to social distancing rules when in the common areas, hallways, and elevators in the building. Please help to protect everyone’s health and safety by following these rules. If you choose not to wear a proper face covering, please do not access the common areas or elevators. Non-compliance may result in a hearing, fines, or other disciplinary action within the confines of the governing documents. So be a good neighbor and please wear a mask!  If you see someone in the common area not wearing a mask, please report it to staff.

Thank you and enjoy the weekend!     If you need assistance, please feel free to contact us at frontdesk@lumahoa.com or call us at (213) 742-0387.
