Water and other Debris spilling off Balconies

Posted By on September 14, 2017

Dear Residents,

We’ve received several complaints of spilling water and other debris making a mess of resident’s balconies. In some cases water spillage is creating heavily spotted glass and debris and cigarette butts are damaging furniture. When watering your plants, using other liquids or solids on you balcony, or smoking, please be careful to avoid any spill over. Spilling or dropping anything, even water drops from your balcony is a violation of the rules and regulations and can be a nuisance and a safety hazard to your neighbors. No water at all is permitted to spill from your balcony including water from cleaning, watering plants etc. Please inform your housekeepers and guests. If you would like to clean your balcony, the HOA has a wet/dry shop vac that is specifically for this purpose. You can check out the vacuum at the front desk.

Thank you for your consideration and cooperation.
