Dear LUMA Residents,

FIRE/LIFE/SAFETY TRAINING Wednesday, January 25th at 7pm.

As required by the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Regulations, high-rise residents are to receive fire/safety training and participate in a fire drill annually. The Fire/Life Safety Training for LUMA Residents is scheduled for Wednesday, January 25th at 7pm on the 4th floor terrace. If you are leasing your unit, please notify your tenant(s) to attend the Fire/Life Safety Training. Please feel free to ask us any questions regarding this important training and read the attached document for important information.

ANNUAL FIRE DRILL is scheduled for Thursday (the day after training) January 26th at 2pm.
