Luma Residents,

Don’t own and electric vehicle yet or plan on doing so for several years?
This is still a great opportunity to take advantage of LADWP rebates to
prepare your parking space for that future and increase the resale value of
your unit. Once the charging station is in your parking space there will be
no on-going cost to you until you have an electric vehicle to charge.

All electrical charges are a pass thru expense. Whatever LADWP bills, you will be billed, no upcharges. Act now as spaces are going fast and the cost will never be this inexpensive again.

Non-credible Threat

Dear Residents,

This past Friday a story broke regarding a possible threat made to a LA High Rise Building.  An updated story came out on Saturday indicating that while LAPD is taking the matter seriously, there is not a known credible threat against buildings in Los Angeles.
