Rember to be Vigilant

Dear Luma Residents –

You’re probably aware of the horrific events that unfolded this weekend in Florida. While our hearts and prayers go out to those affected, we must ensure that we remain vigilant.

Aside from the incident in Florida, there are reports specific to an individual from the Santa Monica area being arrested earlier with weapons and believed had intent to go to the Gay Pride Parade in West Hollywood on Sunday.

This incident and information surrounding it are evolving and more details are likely to be released.

Please note, Luma and our courtesy patrol vendor, Universal Protective Services, is in close contact with all our law enforcement partners (Local, State, and Federal) and will provide updates as they become available.

Please ask the front desk staff about flyers on what to look for and how to recognize and report any suspicious circumstance or person to our authorities. You can never be too careful.

Thank you for your time and patience concerning this matter and have a wonderful evening.

Reminder 10 Person Limit for the Pool/Terrace Area

Dear Residents,

Under the tab labeled “Documents” are the pool/spa and terrace rules for the Association. The rules allow each resident or group of residents 10 guests on the terrace at one time. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and have a wonderful evening.

The Association reserves the right to limit, on a reasonable basis, the number of guests using the recreational facilities at any given time. Individuals or groups must not occupy any portion of the terrace, pool or spa to the effective exclusion of others. In an effort to ensure that the amenities are available to all residents, no individual resident, or group of residents, may have more than ten (10) persons on the fourth floor terrace and pool area at any given time. Any resident exceeding the ten (10) person limit will be fined $100.00 per person per occurrence. The only exceptions to these rules are Association sponsored events. For clarity purposes the Association reserves the right to post additional rules without further notice to the membership.

Thank you,
