A Valentine’s Chocolate Master Class

Learn the art of chocolate sculpting and create your own decadent masterpiece in this hands-on, take home a branded apron, romantic class—perfect for couples. Water and sparkling wine are included.
Need to Know:
The Chocolate Masterclass is held at Sendero Restaurant on the 24th floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles. The class lasts one hour. Valet parking is available for $20 for the first three hours, with additional hours at $20 each. Pricing is $180 per person, plus local taxes and a 20% service charge.
Water and sparkling wine are included.

Delivery Hours and Protocol
Planning a furniture, appliance or material delivery? Please remember that any large items requiring elevator use must be scheduled Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and arranged in advance with the Front Desk.
We kindly ask that homeowners and residents remind their vendors of these delivery procedures to help ensure everything runs smoothly and without delay.

Guest Parking Rules and Regulations
Luma has seven (7) unassigned handicap parking spaces that may be utilized as guest parking. Guest parking is limited to a maximum of 12 hours per use, with no more than three (3) guest parking permits per unit per month.
If the Association requires the space for building operations or other purposes, residents may be asked to relocate their vehicle. Any vehicle parked without a valid guest permit or with an expired permit may be subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Guest Parking Policy (Per Governing Documents):
“Any handicap space that is not assigned to a resident shall be available to the Association for any purpose the Association deems appropriate. Any such unassigned handicap space may be used for parking by a non-disabled resident for not more than three (3) days per month per unit, with a maximum of twelve (12) hours per use. The twelve (12) hour limit may be extended if the parking space is not needed. The Association has sole discretion to determine whether a parking space is needed upon expiration of the twelve (12) hour limit.”
