Bulk Item Pickup
If you need to dispose of furniture, appliances, or other large items, please contact the Front Desk to schedule a bulk item pickup with NASA Services. NASA Services charges a fee of $45 per item.
Payment may be made by leaving a $45 check payable to Luma HOA at the Front Desk. Luma owners may also choose to have the fee billed directly to their HOA account.

Breaking Down Boxes, Recycling and Compost Bin
We have noticed an increase in cardboard boxes of all shapes and sizes being placed in the recycling areas. Please ensure that all cardboard boxes are fully broken down before placing them in the recycling bins to help keep the area clean and accessible for everyone.
Recycling bins are for the following items only:
• Plastics: bottles, tubs, jugs, and jars
• Metals: steel and aluminum cans
• Glass: bottles and jars
• Paper: paper, cartons, and cardboard
Compost bins are for the following items only:
• Kitchen scraps: vegetable peels, coffee grounds, and paper coffee filters
• Garden waste: grass clippings, dry leaves, and small branches
• Household items: tissue paper, cardboard egg cartons, and toilet paper rolls
Please do not place the following items in compost bins, as they may attract pests, create odors, or contaminate the compost:
• Meat, dairy, and oils
• Potting soil
• Synthetic materials such as plastic, glass, or metal
• Chemical products including waste oil, varnished or painted wood, or other chemical-treated materials
Maintaining proper recycling and composting practices helps keep our building clean, pest-free, and environmentally responsible.
