Noise Compliance

Dear Residents,

We’ve experienced a slight increase in noise complaints over the past few days. This may be a result of new sounds systems received over the holidays but whatever the reason, please remember to be courteous of your neighbors during the remainder of the holiday season and going forward. If you are planning a party, it is a good idea to share this information with your neighbors in advance (on your floor and directly below) and, let your guests know what’s expected of them.

If you should get a call or a knock from staff asking you to turn the volume down, please do so.
If you aren’t sure what the rules say about excessive noise, please refresh your knowledge with document titled Luma’s Noise and Nuisance Policy.  You can obtain a copy at the front desk.

If you experience a noisy neighbor and you feel the hour or level of noise is unreasonable please contact the front desk so they can help you mitigate the situation at the time it is occurring.
