Garbage Disposal Care
Dear Luma Residents,
The Holiday Season has quickly arrived and many will be at home entertaining friends and family. Some will be doing a large amount of cooking for guests and family members who will be coming to their homes.
Every year the LUMA HOA sends out our best wishes for the season along with a reminder concerning the proper use and care of your kitchens and the 4th floor Terrace garbage disposals.
In addition to becoming familiar with these garbage disposal “procedures”, we ask you immediately report any issues that might present itself with your plumbing. By catching an issue while it is small, we can literally prevent thousands of dollars in damage and months of inconvenience for you and your neighbors.
Please see a copy of “Garbage Disposal Care” under the category “Library”.
Have a wonderful and safe Holiday Season.
Thank you,

Presidential Rally Notice
Dear Luma Residents,
Please be advised we have received confirmation that there will be a major rally today and former Presidential Nomine Bernie Sanders is the headliner. We are expecting a very large turnout especially on the eve of the elections. As for numbers, it is undetermined, by quantifying a number we would just be misleading and have no intention of doing so.
We can expect a significant turnout as Bernie Sanders has a massive following in the State and has pulled in thousands to prior events. The below screenshot was taken only a few hours after it was posted on facebook.
Please expect potential traffic delays starting as early as 9:00 am.
LAPD, DCBID, and Allied Universal will be monitoring these activities and sending updates.

Do your part and cast your ballot! Adjourned meeting Nov. 14th
Dear Luma Residents,
Have you cast your ballot yet?
By now you should have received in the mail an envelope that contained a ballot, four candidate statements, two envelopes, a notice and voting instructions. If you haven’t received these documents and envelopes, please contact Bryan Almeida at the Front Desk for a replacement.
Because we failed to achieve quorum the meeting had to be adjourned. We now need a minimum of 1/3rd qualified members (80 ballots) to either cast their ballot or check the box “I. QUORUM ONLY” located at the top of the ballot. The later selection will minimally enable the meeting to be conducted. If we do not obtain the minimal ballots, then the meeting will be adjourned to another date. This adjournment process will continue until the required ballots have been cast.
Please take a few minutes to cast yours today. It may seem very little but means so much…
Thank you for your cooperation concerning this matter.
Sincerely,
Management
