Gym Modifications to the HVAC

Monday August 20, 2017 the gym’s HVAC (Air Conditioner) will be be shut down for 2 days, Monday and Tuesday 8/20-21/2017 while the air conditioning system is replaced. Pleased be advised that you may still use the gym. However, no cooling for the gym will be available. There will be times that equipment is being moved in and out of the gym. Please be aware of this as you are entering and existing the gym.

Handicap Parking Space

Dear Residents,

The handicapped or HOA parking spaces 01 – 05 in the garage are not ‘open’ spaces. They are used by the HOA and are assigned to people on an on-going basis. If you or one of your guests park in one of these spaces without a permit from the HOA your car can be towed without further notice. If you need the use of a handicapped space please contact the front desk @ 213-742-0387.

Alley Access Delays – July 17th-21st

Dear Luma Residents,

EVO will be cleaning balconies and windows with a boom lift next week, July 17-21. The boom lift will be operating in the alley on some of those days.  EVO will do their best to make sure vehicle traffic can still get through, but there may be delays getting around the workers and equipment.  Please use caution.
