Dear Residents,

Our arborist and crew will be trimming the trees on Hope Street and the hedges around the pool next Wednesday February 14th. In addition, they will also be pruning the trees in the pool/terrace area. The crew will begin quietly hand pruning the trees on Hope St. at 6AM and will continue to the pool area until the job is complete. The two employee parking spaces in the alley will be utilized for the chipper during this time.

Attention Attention

HOT WATER ADJUSTMENT

The hot water to the units on floors 4-11 has had adjustments made to it. We have corrected some areas in the system that had been intermittently malfunctioning and recently failed. After this adjustment today the temperature has risen approximately 7-10 degrees for the hot water.

Please keep in mind that we are hopeful this has resolved the problem, but with the delicate nature of balancing the system we most likely will not know the results completely for a few days.

Please be advised that the water will most likely be much warmer and even hot if the hot water valve is fully opened.

Proceed with caution when bathing or showering young children. Check the tub and shower temperatures before putting a young child into the water.

Attention-Water Shutdown

When: Tomorrow, Tuesday 2/6/2018

Time: 10am-2pm

Affected Area : 16 stack, floors 4-11

There will be a scheduled water shutdown tomorrow at 10am and lasting until 2pm. This shut down is required as we continue to troubleshoot the hot water system that supplies stack 16 floors 4-11.

Only the hot water will be shut down . Cold water will be available.

Dear Residents,

As mentioned in previous eblasts, Luma is currently undergoing changes with our common area lighting. Optima Energy is changing some of our existing lighting to energy efficient LED lighting which will result in a substantial savings and reduced electrical consumption.

Please note changes to the parking level schedule. Also note the lights currently being replaced in the hallways are temporary. Warmer lighting will be installed as soon as the supplier delivers them to Optima Energy. We anticipate this process to take from a month to two months.

Again, lighting changes will take place in the hallways of each floor, the stairwells and the parking garage. Please be cautious while in the areas where work is being conducted. In addition, there will be one day you will be asked to remove your vehicle from the garage so they can complete the installation in that area. Please see the schedule below for the dates you’ll be affected.

All work to be performed between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
