Dear Luma Residents,

Refuse Room Etiquette

Our cleaning and security staff have noticed a recurring issue of trash being consistently left on the floor in the refuse rooms. We would like to remind all residents that it is their responsibility to properly dispose of their trash. Please remember that the trash chute doors are designed not to open simultaneously. If a door does not open immediately, we kindly ask you to wait a few seconds and try again. In the event that the trash chute is inaccessible for any reason, please promptly notify the front desk.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our refuse rooms clean and well-maintained.

Storage of Items in Parking Spaces

Parking spaces are designated solely for vehicle parking purposes. Storing items such as boxes, carts, cardboard, trash, surfboards, golf clubs or any other materials in parking stalls is strictly prohibited and is a violation of our governing documents.

HVAC Maintenance

With the hot summer months upon us, HVAC maintenance becomes crucial to ensure the efficiency and longevity of your HVAC system. Bike Cage

In accordance with the Bike Cage rules, unregistered and unclaimed bikes found in the bike cage are subject to removal and disposal by the Association. A properly registered bike must have a Luma sticker affixed to it and registered with the Association. If you need to register your bike, please contact Taylor at tjones@actionlife.com. Our objective is to ensure that all bikes in the cage are appropriately registered.
