Window Washing Update
Due to Memorial Day, the window washers will continue their work on Tuesday, May 30th. They will begin STACK 09, Ph 105 and Ph 205 balconies.
Food Deliveries
To avoid the phone call for your future food deliveries, notify the front desk at frontdesk@lumahoa.com and we will update our system to reflect your wishes. Alternatively, you can always call ahead of time, or send an email notifying us you have a food delivery or guest on the way and we will skip the phone call and send them up as per request.

Sounds of South Park @ Prank June 8th
South Park BID is excited to announce that Sounds of South Park is back! This summer, Sounds of South Park music nights will be hosted throughout South Park at local venues. On June 8th, Sounds of South Park will be hosted at Prank Bar, with El Alburr performing Latin Jazz music from 5-7 PM. Join us for an evening of good music and grab a cocktail at Prank Bar!
SPBID presents Kids Yoga this summer at South Park Commons
We’re excited to announce that starting in July, South Park BID will host monthly kids yoga classes outdoors at South Park Commons led by Zooga Yoga. Classes will be free, with limited spots available to book. Kids yoga sessions will be hosted from 9-10AM on July 22nd, August 19th, September 16th. Stay tuned when mats open up to book!
