Alley Gate Update
Elleven Management, responsible for managing all the gates, is expecting the arrival of the parts necessary to repair the alley gate next week – ETA 5/15. Repairs will commence as soon as the parts are available. However, during the time when the gate remains inoperable, it is crucial that we all remain vigilant for any trespassers or unauthorized individuals. To maintain the safety of our community, please direct any unknown individuals to the front desk for further assistance. Together, we can help ensure a secure environment for all residents.
Parking in the Alley
Car washers and guests are strongly advised against parking in the alley. We kindly request that all residents communicate this rule to the individuals servicing their vehicles or visiting their homes. Additionally, we encourage residents to promptly report any car washers in the alley to parking enforcement. By taking these steps, we aim to discourage unauthorized parking and emphasize the alley as an active area for parking enforcement patrols. The parking enforcement operators are available 24/7 for dispatch and can be reached at (213)-485-4184. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Garbage Disposal Refresher
Please refrain from pouring oil down the drains, as doing so can create blockages for your neighbors. To ensure proper disposal and usage of drains, we kindly request that you take a moment to review the maintenance document located on this website. It will serve as a helpful reminder of the correct methods for garbage disposal and drain maintenance. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
