Dear Luma Residents,
Alley Gate Update
Eleven’s management informed us today that the part needed to fix the alley gate is set to ship on Thursday, May 4th, and it will be expedited. It is anticipated to arrive sometime before Monday, May 8th, and repairs will be scheduled shortly thereafter.
5/1 May Day Potential Street Closures
May Day will occur on 1 May 2023. Also known as International Workers’ Day, the day is historically associated with pro-union labor movements around the United States who oppose unfair workplace conditions. 5/4 DLANCE Election Walk- Talk, Vote, and Socialize
Meet at Wishbone Park and walk with your neighbors to vote for Downtown Los Angeles Neighborhood Council (DLANC). An advisory group to the City Council, Mayor’s Office, and city agencies on matters affecting downtown. They advocate for land-use development, public safety issues, emergency preparedness, homelessness resources, livability, and quality of life.
