Community Updates for 2/24/2023

Posted By on February 24, 2023

Dear Luma Residents,

Dog Accidents in the Common Areas

If your dog has an accident in the hallways or common areas of the building, please clean it up to the best of your ability and notify the front desk so our cleaning staff can properly clean and sanitize the area. Your neighbors will appreciate your consideration.

Dryer Vent Cleaning Maintenance

Is your dryer too hot or is it not hot enough? Is there a burning smell when using your dryer? Do you not remember the last time your dryer vent was cleaned? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then it’s time to have your dryer vent cleaned.

2022-2023 Neighborhood Council Elections

The Neighborhood Council is the link between your community, City Council, and City Departments. They can weigh in on the decisions made by elected officials and improve the quality of life within your neighborhood. If you live, work, rent or own a property, attend school, worship, volunteer, or participate in an organization that meets in and/or serves your neighborhood, you can apply to be a candidate. The Neighborhood Council System is inclusive, and everybody can participate, regardless of your nationality or immigration status. Participation is also open to the formerly incarcerated.

Regional candidate deadlines are January 10 – April 8. To learn more and apply, click here.
