Dear Luma Residents,
E-Waste Recycling Drop-off
Drop off your household e-waste at our office (1150-B S Hope St, at the back entrance off of 12th St) and we’ll make sure it’s recycled in partnership with LA Conservation Corps. Drop-off dates are November 30th – December 3rd. Hours are 4 PM – 7 PM Wednesday through Friday, and from 9 AM – 2 PM on Saturday, December 3rd.
Please Pick Up Your Packages
As you know during the holidays, we receive an incredible volume of packages that we have to stuff into a very small storage room. To help utilize the space we have, please pick up your packages in a timely fashion from when you receive the package notification from us. If you need assistance bringing the packages to your unit, call the front desk or send us an email and we are happy to bring the packages to your door.
December 13, 2022 Holiday Party
Save the date for the upcoming holiday party on December 13,2022 from 6pm-8pm. It will be located at Pizza Sociale which is on Olympic between Grand and Olive. There will be pizza, Italian dishes, salad, and dessert with wine and craft beers. Please stay tuned for more information next week!

EV Charger Installation – Promotional Price from EverCharge
EverCharge is offering new customers an EV charger plus installation for the promotional price of $4778.25. Regular price is estimated to be between $5478-$6478 (tax included.) Please see the attached flyer for details. Please note: Credit card companies charge a small percentage of the overall cost when paying by credit card. Based on the special group rate for the installation, it works out to be $143.35 so the total comes out to $4,921.60 on a credit card and $4,778.25 when going through ACH or sending a bank check.
