Fire Safety Training
We will be having a fire drill on Wednesday October 26th. As required by the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Regulations, high-rise residents are to receive two Fire/Life Safety Training sessions and participate in at least one fire drill per calendar year. Please keep an eye out for additional information as we get closer the fire drill date.
First Draft presents Oktoberfest
Join First Draft this week as they celebrate Oktoberfest in South Park! From Sept 30th to Oct 2nd, enjoy a variety of German beers on tap, traditional oompah music, & giveaways from First Draft and participating breweries! Additionally, food specials include Bavarian boards, bratwurst, German pizza, a Munich Patty burger, German poutine, and, of course, lots of great First Draft pretzels!
South Park Property Owners Invited to Participate in Window Vinyl Art Project
South Park BID is pleased to announce a new beautification project for properties within the South Park district. This project seeks to enhance the pedestrian experience with the installation of artistic vinyl on windows facing the public right-of-way. Interested parties should fill out our interest form here.

Taste of South Park October 8th
You are exclusively invited to join your neighbors at the free and sponsored Taste of South Park event. This event is scheduled for October 8th from 5pm-9pm and includes residents from Luma, Elleven, Evo and Ten50. It will be held outdoors on Grand Avenue between 11th and 12th streets (in and around Evo’s courtyard.) EV Charger Installation – Promotional Price from EverCharge
EverCharge is offering new customers an EV charger plus installation for the promotional price of $4778.25. Regular price is estimated to be between $5478-$6478 (tax included.)
