Secure 1st Floor Garage to Lobby Entrance Doors

We are looking for a volunteer who can assist us with modifying the doors that lead from the garage to the elevator vestibule on the 1st floor.  We’d like to see if they can be locked which may require a change in the fire exit route.  We would also like to change the doors to include glass panels.  If you have experience with building fire exit routes or have expertise with this type of fire rated door, please contact Francis Langlois (213) 742-0387, we would love to talk with you.

Mask mandate: LA County Health Order Requires Face Coverings Indoors

Los Angeles County Department of Public Health has a mask mandate in effect, requiring residents to wear masks while indoors, regardless of their vaccination status.  That means anyone entering Luma’s common areas must be wearing a properly fitted face covering.  Thank you for your cooperation.
