Homeowners Sign Up for E-documents

Dear Homeowners,  

Disclosure documents are documents that are legally required to be provided to each Association member. These documents include the Annual Audit and the Annual Budget. As you can imagine, these mailings require a lot of paper and postage.   To reduce Luma’s carbon footprint and expenses, we are asking members to please sign up for email disclosure. If you have set up electronic access to your homeowner’s account, you can consent electronically, there is an easy-to-follow instruction sheet .  If you have not set up web access for your account, you can register at resident.actionlife.com. If you’d like us to set this option up for you, please fill out the attached Authorization form located on this website under the tabs Documents/General/E-documents and email it to lshilling@actionlife.com or you can send to us via USPS.
