Recycling Room and other Trash Disposal Each resident is responsible for disposal of their own trash and recyclables.  For items that don’t belong in the trash chute, you are responsible for taking them downstairs to the recycling room or the trash room. RECYCLING: we ask that you break down boxes and place them in the bins with your other recyclables. Please keep in mind that all your neighbors (some 400 plus people) may need to use the recycling room at some point during the trash pick-up cycle so please don’t just drop things on the floor in the recycling room for someone else to pick up and don’t leave boxes on the floor for someone else to break down, you are inconveniencing your neighbors by doing this. If you need assistance with discarding large items or unwanted furniture, please contact the front desk and we can assist you with the arrangements.

9/8 Luma’s Reg IV Testing Luma’s Reg IV testing will be conducted on Wednesday, September 8th. A more detailed announcement will follow however there will be the sound of alarms and announcements, light strobes, and short power outages which can disturb children and pets so please plan accordingly. Please see attachment for details.

Mask mandate: LA County Health Order Requires Face Coverings Indoors Los Angeles County Department of Public Health has re-implemented a mandate requiring residents to wear masks while indoors, regardless of their vaccination status. The new mandate is in full effect. That means anyone entering Luma’s common areas must be wearing a properly fitted face covering regardless if you vaccinated or not. Thank you for your cooperation.
