Dear Luma Residents,

Luma Window and Building Wash Continues

Monday, July 12 the team will be cleaning the 02 stack windows on Hope St. Please see schedules and a detailed explanation of the procedures each unit will need to take posted in the mailroom.

Unidentified Motorcycles in the Garage

There are two motorcycles parked in the Luma garage with expired registration tags and a lot of dust on them. One is a Ducati; the other is a Kawasaki. Please note the rules state that no unregistered vehicles of any kind, may be kept or maintained anywhere in the building. If you are the owner of one or both of these vehicles or if you know who is, please contact the HOA Management office. If the motorcycles are not claimed, we will pursue having them towed.

EV Charging Installation Update

The next time EverCharge returns to the building they will be installing the EV chargers. They will not be here next week.
