Proper Disposal of Antiseptic Wipes The wipes in the elevator lobby are there as a convenience to residents. Please dispose of the wipes appropriately by not leaving them in the elevator when you exit. It takes everyone working together to keep Luma looking its best. Thank you for doing your part.  

SPBID Board of Directors Meeting to Discuss the Proposed Hotel
All are welcome to attend SPBID meetings, which are currently being held virtually. The upcoming meeting, SPBID Board will be discussing the proposed hotel at 1130 S. Mask Wearing Reminder It is important that every resident and guest of LUMA wear a proper face covering and adhere to social distancing rules when in the common areas, hallways, and elevators in the building. Please help to protect everyone’s health and safety by following these rules.  If you choose not to wear a proper face covering, please do not access the common areas or elevators. Non-compliance may result in a hearing, fines, or other disciplinary action within the confines of the governing documents.  So be a good neighbor and please wear a mask!
