Personal Belongings in the Hallways

You may not be aware that to leave, park, or store anything in the hallways such as boxes, water bottles, or shoes is a violation of Luma’s rules and regulations and it poses a safety hazard if people should need to exit the floor in a hurry. We thank you for adhering to these rules, everyone’s safety is important to us.

Luma Staff Holiday Fund

The holiday season is well underway; the Board of Directors would like to provide residents with an opportunity to show your collective appreciation to our staff. Many of you show your appreciation throughout the year for the services our staff members provide but this is the opportunity for everyone to say “thank you”. Participation in the Holiday Fund is strictly voluntary and you may contribute any amount that you like.

Mask Mandate 

It is important that every resident and guest of LUMA wear a proper face covering and adhere to social distancing rules when in the common areas, hallways, and elevators in the building. Please help to protect everyone’s health and safety by following these rules. If you choose not to wear a proper face covering, please do not access the common areas or elevators. Non-compliance may result in a hearing, fines, or other disciplinary action within the confines of the governing documents. So be a good neighbor and please wear a mask!  Thank you and enjoy your weekend!
