Dear Residents,

Pool/Terrace Furniture Refinishing
The project will start on the 27th with half the furniture (not including the chaise lounges) being picked up on the May 27th, and the other half picked up at the same time the first half is dropped off. The entire project is expected to be completed in between 3 and 5 weeks.

Food Truck Friday Today, May 8th – Antidote Eats
Antidote Eats Food Truck is currently by the Evo townhouse courtyard, on Grand Ave. until 8PM. Please call or text 424-309-4068 to place your order. You may find their menu on their yelp page: https://www.yelp.com/biz/antidote-eats-los-angeles?osq=antidote+eats As a reminder, this truck is not affiliated with Best Food Trucks. Payment must be done in person.

Food Truck Friday Today, May 8th 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Ten50
Ten50 will have a food truck parked in front of their building on Grand Avenue on Friday’s throughout May from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. If there is high participation, they will consider hosting the trucks in June as well.

**In an effort to maintain current social distancing guidelines, the food trucks will ONLY be accepting ONLINE ORDERS for pickup through the link provided above and will not be accepting walk-ups. This will help to prevent any type of crowds gathering.

The basic steps to order are as follows:

Most importantly, the BFT team wants residents to know that food truck employees are taking the COVID-19 Pandemic VERY seriously. Food truck operators are acting with an abundance of caution while preparing and serving food to protect customers and food truck employees.

Bee Organic Cleaners
They are open and offer no-contact pickup and delivery. Please see the attached file for pick-up and delivery times and their Covid-19 procedures. Temporary hours: Monday-Friday from 11am to 3pm and closed on the weekends.

Wood Refinishing
This will take place in the lobby and the 1st floor elevator vestibule from May 18th to May 20th. There is the possibility the elevators will also be refinished at this time.

Free COVID-19 Testing
Los Angeles is providing free COVID-19 testing to all residents, whether or not you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. Please note that testing is by appointment only. If you would like to schedule an appointment for testing, please visit coronavirus.lacity.org/testing
