Community Update – Coronavirus

Your health is very important to us. With constant news about the novel coronavirus, our housekeeping team has implemented the following additional preventative cleaning procedures within the community.
1. Disinfect all elevator buttons (interior the cab / exterior call button plaques) every hour.
2. Clean and disinfect lobby handrails, door handles, light switches and high traffic touch surfaces every 2 hours.
3. Spray disinfectant solution in the lobby and common areas every 2 hours.
4. Disinfect the restrooms every 2 hours.
