Dear Luma Residents,

Please drive safely and slowly in the garage and respect the posted speed limit of 5 MPH and those who drive accordingly.

Observe the 5 MPH SPEED LIMIT
Observe all STOP SIGNS
DON’T TAILGATE
NO PASSING OTHER VEHICLES
NO DRIVING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF TRAFFIC ARROWS

We have received multiple complaints of cars traveling excessively fast, tailgating and ignoring STOP signs making it dangerous for other residents, bike riders, their children and their pets. Not observing these simple rules can result in a fine or other disciplinary action in accordance with the Association’s enforcement policy and schedule of fines.
