Update on Gate Installations

Dear Residents,
Thank you all for your feedback on the 11th St. entry gate. We are aware that some residents’ gate openers are not working 100% of the time with the new gate. Since Elleven Management is in charge of the installation of the new gates, we have kept them informed of the situation and we are working with everyone involved to get resolution to the problems as soon as possible.
One possible solution offered by Elleven is that the door opener will not activate if your vehicle is still on 11th Street, the car needs to pull into the driveway and then it will be within range to activate the door to open. Please keep this in mind.
