Lobby Improvement Project

Dear Residents,

With the recent vote passing in favor of the lobby remodel everyone has been asking – “When are we going to see these changes!” However, with most carefully planned projects it’s the details that matter the most and sometimes take the longest to execute. The Board, Engineering and Management are working closely with the Designers and their Subs to hammer out these details. We should have a detailed schedule eblasted and posted in the lobby by the end of this week, with regular updates as the schedule is modified for various reasons. This way everyone will be on the same page and know exactly what is going on and when.
