MyFig Road Closure Update
Dear Luma Residents,
MyFIG informed us that the work details sent out yesterday have changed.
CANCELLED: Friday (12/15) work on 11th St., East and West sides of Grand. To decrease closure impacts to our block, the original Friday work will be tacked onto Wednesday and Thursday’s work. There will be no ingress/egress impacts on 11th, between Olive/Grand and Grand/Hope on Friday. The timeframes for Wed/Thurs are the same.
12/13, WEDNESDAY
11th St., between Olive and Grand, is CLOSED, from 9A – 3P (estimated). The traffic signal on the northeast corner of 11th/Grand is being replaced. Due to the heavy machinery and scope of work in the street, a full block closure is necessary. This is the same type of work performed last week, it has moved westbound one intersection.
Ten50, Grand Lofts – local ingress access off of 11th is allowed. MyFIG will have flaggers stationed on your block to mitigate traffic. Residents simply state their building name for access past flaggers to their parking. Please communicate with residents about access changes.
For egress access: due to 11th being a one-way, I recommend residents use Margo St. alley as an egress option. Residents can either travel northbound on Margo St. to Olympic or travel southbound to 12th St.
NEW WORK: Friday (12/15) work on 11th St., between Hope and Flower St., is CLOSED. The traffic signal on the northwest corner of 11th/Hope is being replaced. Due to the heavy machinery and scope of work in the street, a full block closure is necessary. This is the same type of work scheduled for 12/13 and 12/14, this work is simply moving westbound on 11th.
