The Adjourned Annual Meeting is scheduled for 6:00PM on November 8th, 2017. If you have not already cast your ballot, please remember to do so as YOUR VOTE COUNTS.
If you do not wish to cast a vote, please check the “Quorum Purposes Only” box as this will help establish quorum for the meeting and save the Association added costs if quorum is not met.
If you are unable to locate your ballot, you may obtain a new one from the LUMA HOA Management Office.
The Ballot may be sent or hand delivered to the Inspector of Election, Luma Management Office, 1100 S. Hope St., Los Angeles, CA 90015. All ballots must be received by 5:00PM November 7th, 2017, otherwise ballots may be hand delivered to the meeting, or any adjournment thereof, prior to the close of balloting.
