Handicap Parking Space

Dear Residents,

The handicapped or HOA parking spaces 01 – 05 in the garage are not ‘open’ spaces. They are used by the HOA and are assigned to people on an on-going basis. If you or one of your guests park in one of these spaces without a permit from the HOA your car can be towed without further notice. If you need the use of a handicapped space please contact the front desk @ 213-742-0387.
