Fire/Life Safety Training on June 29th, at 7PM on the 4th Floor Terrace

Posted By on June 1, 2017

Dear Luma Residents,

FIRE/LIFE SAFETY TRAINING WILL BE HELD ON JUNE 29TH, AT 7:00PM ON THE 4th FLOOR TERRACE. Please mark your calendar.

As required by the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Regulations, high-rise residents are to receive two Fire/Life Safety Training sessions and participate in at least one fire drill per calendar year. We conducted 2017 fire drill, with training early, in the year.  On June 29th, at 7:00PM on the 4th Floor Terrace we will only be conducting a training session.  No fire drill, so no alarms, announcements or mandatory evacuations.  The next fire drill will be conducted at the beginning of 2018.

Again, the Fire/Life Safety Training for all LUMA Residents is scheduled for June 29th, 2016 at 7pm on the 4th floor terrace.

If you are new to the building or never attended a training session we strongly recommend you make time for this one.

If you are leasing your unit, please notify your tenant(s) to attend the Fire/Life Safety Training.

Please feel free to ask us any questions regarding this important training.
Thank you,
